some updates.
pretty much the photos will do the talking though.
went to funan on tues. saw these recycling bins that caught my eye.

went to lavender to meet sasi and nisa just now. sasi was late as usual. but its okay! we had loads of fun today! hahahhaha! we bought a water bottle each. same brand, same type, but different colours. so, if we ever get bored of the colour we can swap with each other. hahahah.

oh anyways. we walked a lot today. hahaha. we walked from lavender to beach road, from beach road to bugis, then from bugis to little india, then from little india to farrer park. all WALK. >.<
we came up with this triplets thing. and then it became so funny, cause we were of 3 different races as well. RACIAL HARMONY sia! hahahha. anyway nisa made a lot of sound effects and noises as we were walking. too HIGH after getting her pretty green water bottle. she says green is the new black. hahahaha.
i'm going to get good rest soon. people, please pardon me for not replying to your sms-es/calls/e-mails for today and tomorrow (14 and 15 dec) as i'm at ubin for camp. and i most likely will be surrendering my phone.

oh wells. here to blog about the SCSM 2008.
no pics, cause my phone was flat by the time the whole marathon ended cause i forgot to charge my phone beforehand as i TOTALLY forgot about it. DAM! anyways. doug came over to get his addidas bag from me, cause i helped him to buy it first. then we slacked and he used my desktop to play viwawa. chatted with ms yam (okay she's now mdm yam) on msn. goodness me, i'm surprised she still remembers me. but thats cause me doug and aloy hung out and stuck together like glue all the time back in secondary school. left for yishun at around 1145pm while doug went home.
called weiquan as i was walking over to northpoint. they were at macs (weiquan, dengkai, qihua and weiliang). then as i walked in i saw bobby and audrey. then weiquan they all asked me to invite bobby and audrey over since we are all course mates, and introduced them to each other. wanted to wait for jess, but she was at the movies, thus she was heading off to the padang on her own.
went to the pickup point at around 1 am, saw christina taking attendance, got her to help us with the attendance and boarded the bus quickly. saw nikita, cheer, joy, jiahan and alex on board. chit chatted with alex and jiahan on the trip to padang.
reached there and met jess, mia, yanni, nam, jasmine, jingwen. got our shirts and changed into them quickly. searched for our respective DSL and went over. saw sally while i was looking fo my DSL. she thought she was DS 19! thank goodness she saw me cause we 2 same DS. OMG. i cant imagine if she went DS 19 luh! claudia was with us too. and then that chiyang swapped to do welfare. wtheck!
anyways i will just fast foward till the race start. slowing only at like 7 am then the first runner came in at after 1 hour 52 min. then starting not many runners, so me and sally was like looking out for first non kenyan runner. then we started saying that the top marathoners were very lean, then after a few marathoners, we saw one fit guy running past, then we was like woah, the first fit runner. then our area c manager also took a photo of a marathoner running naked, another marathoner spitting out extra water drank. LOLS.
as more people approached, me and sally got started and poured refilled the table with more drinks. pouring water, opening bottles. then as i was pouring water a familiar voiced said "can i have one jug of tiger beer?" my first response was "hahahah! you give me money i help you buy! hahah" it was addison la! i was like busy pouring water never pay attention to see who is passing by luh! shortly after i saw miss puah as i went to help this china guy cause he couldnt manage on his own. pointed his problem out to him, then saw a familiar figure as i was turning to look up. MISS PUAH! hahaha! she's dam shock to see me too. hahahaha. then after that saw chong, as he called out to me as he was running by. chatted with him for a while as he waited for his relatives who went to the toilet.
some time later i heard cyril talking to sally. then briefly said hi to him too. hahaha. then i saw weida too! hahhaa! chatted a while, then he told me cheng heng was around too. they were road marshals for the area i'm at. didnt really talk as i was dam tired out at that time already.
by the time i reached back the volunteer's tent all the DOAL peeps left already. cause they couldnt reach me. SADDDED...! train-ed back home and bought kfc to makan. after that used lappy for a while, then after that i went to sleep already. sleep till today morning. but i wokeup in the middle of the night. to scold my mum and bro for talking too loudly. LOL! my mum even asked me, what time i need to wake up today! hahahha!

i'm back from Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. but i'm SUPER DUPER ULTRA tired. i saw a few familiar faces running. people like addison (who asked me for a jug of tiger beer), miss puah, chong, cyril.
but but. i didnt see kweehong, chee soon, and yong jin ge. i bet chee soon and yong jin ge didnt run! or maybe they did, but i was sleeping soundly on the floor at the bus stop. TOO TIRED LA! 24 hours not sleeping, then still need to wait for the last ppl to go past then we can stand down. my DOAL peers and juniors all like reach back padang 1 hour before me can? dam sad la.
anyways i will blog in more detail after my sleep. i am desperately in need of sleep now. SUPER DUPER UBER tired. thank god tmr is public holiday no need go school. if not i'll miss another lesson of land based again.
