went to airport with DISCUs on friday night for cell session to eat popeye's chicken and to chill. why the airport you might ask, that because its difficult to find a place big enough to accomodate 14 people to eat and allow us to chill. thus, we ended up with going to changi airport.

while we were taking the last 2 pictures, there was some guy coming out from the toilet and was stunned to see this happening. he must think that we are crazy. lols.
saturday went to clementi for workshop on camp facilitation. feels great to see CFA 17 again! i was late and i overslept! we had 5 new faces who joined us for stage 2. i only woke up when ben tan called me lah! i'm sucha forgetful fella. i forgot to set alarm before i sleep the night before. after that 28 of us went to bugis to have steamboat. hahahas! sat there from 8 plus to around 10. was super duper full after that steamboat. after that we walked to dhouby ghaut to accompany nicholas to have tou hua. but when we reach there already 11 plus already.
so me and yu min had to leave to home. i was worried that she wont have train to go back, and that i dont know if she had enough to take cab back home. we were also worried for her to go home alone. but the thing is, me and yu min dont know how to walk to the mrt station. fu yong was kind enough to walk us to plaza singapura. found out that fu yong knows arul, such a small world!
went out with CFC today. to get some christian reading materials and DG materials at bras basah shopping centre. bought the books at almost half price lah. got 40% discout. i got 4 books, including 1 DG book. 3 others of my own.
after buying the books we went to a hk cafe at bugis junction there to grab a drink and some bites. i must say, their drinks are HUGE. so suitable for yyann. lols. i can only take slightly more than half the cup la. next time if got chance i want to go again. the food tastes quite nice. i want to try out other food they have. but must share drink with another person. if not too wasted.
CFC talked to me about using sports to convey biblical messages. as she talked i was thinking that hey, thats what i learned in AE. though its a different linkage as in AE its using AE for NE. wells. i agreed with her that it was a great idea, since nowadays its easier to use activities to convey messages. this project will be headed by allen. i've agreed to help her in the organising and planning of these activities when they are going to start one.
i dont know what else to say. pray for the church starting something new like this okay?

this year was more slack then last year, but once i reached home which was around 5 plus in the evening, i slept till 10 plus am the next day. but i'm injured from saving people during camp. nothing serious to me, but everyone who sees my wounds thinks its super painful though they didnt experience it.
how i get injured? i initially wanted to show KP around the school compound along with ling ting, then we bumped into si kai ge and kian lim moving a scaffold. then i asked them what's wrong. they told me that si kai ge's group was stuck in the building, 2nd floor as they went there to practise for talent night. the gaurd, not realising that there are still people in the building locked them up there. so, i offered to help cause it was impossible for only 2 person to move the scaffold to the other side. in the process of moving it, i stepped on the drain cover (metal) and it was slippery as earlier in the day it was raining, thus i slipped and kind of lose footing of one leg. then it rubbed against the cement which was a sharp edge. initially i felt nothing much, then a few seconds later i realised i was bleeding.
only then i realised it needed immediate attention. i asked where allen (the camp medic) was, they told me to call him. i didnt have his number so i asked if he was with chee soon (log head). turns out they were together when i called chee soon, so allen came down to the bunk area while i walked back alone though si kai ge they all asked ling ting to accompany me but i reassured them i would be okay. chee soon and allen were shocked to hear that i was injured but i told them that its not pain la. (becuase it really isnt, so poeple, dont make a big fuss out of it)
i will post a picture of it when i wash off the antiseptic powder off my lower leg. it reaches up to 3/4 of my lower leg but only the front la, cause only the front rub against the cement edge.

okay i'm back. i pon-ed 2 days of school last week, namely AE and sociology. lols.
anyways. ITS THE HOLIDAYS PPL. :D
yesterday went back to school to help facis with the year 1 'gathering' where they did climbing and kayaking with the playboats. was there to belay for them till around 4 with zim, clyde, nisa, khai, jess, erwin and soon xiang (i dont know if this is the way to spell his name). actual belayers are only me, zim, nisa, khai and jess. not much for jess cause she was in charge of the BBQ later on at night.
anyways we wanted to celebrate jess bday in advance for her cause her bday is today. so me, zim, clyde and karen went to cwp to get her cake. but HEY! the year 1s got her another cake too. that cake went on to jess' face. hahahs. then me and clyde went to get her other cake. we initially wanted the cake to be on khai's face, cause his bday also coming. but in the end, nah. we decided that since there was one slice of cake left from the previous cake, then we'll really eat the cake that we bought.
the facis were stunned, like seriously. the BBQ wasnt that great, it was difficult to control the fire thats all. but it was definitely great bonding for the year 1s and 2s DOAL peeps. after BBQ, we went to slack outside the clubrooms. saw yyann with her mentor. lols. i managed to make her jump when she was in the clubroom. really make me laugh damn hard. her reaction. HAHAHAHAS. too funny man. i'm evil. =P
after that me, jess and erwin and his cousin went for a drinking session outside cwp. bought vodka from cold storage, 43%. 3 shots mixed with 7-up till the gulp cup was half full. before that we each drank 1 shot. me and jess shared 1 cup while erwin and his cousin shared the other. jess drank like really fast la. so the first round i didnt really drink. was eating my kfc supper. after that the 2nd cup like half half each. then jess left to go home already. last cup i drank alone, after that chat with them till around 11.45 then head home. by that time i already a bit 'mabok', so i cab home.
had a bit of headache when i reached home, but i was pretty okay lah. expected myself to have hangover today when i woke up, but didnt have, lucky me. :D
i've finished packing my things for camp tmr. left toiletries only. got to reach church tmr by ard 1. really looking forward to serving this year's xsy. i wont be blogging till 1 week later. miss me people! heh heh.
