Something from today's sermon, that I think that it is really true.
你要注意你的思想,因为它将成为你的行动。
你要注意你的行动,因为它将成为你的习惯。
你要注意你的习惯,因为它将成为你的个性。
你要注意你的个性,因为它将影响你的决定。
English translation, for my hunny bunny to understand. (:
We need to look out for what we think, for they will become our actions.
We need to look out for our actions, for they will become our habits.
We need to look out for our habits, for they will become our personality.
We need to look out for our personality, for they will affect our decision making.
I find this very true, and our thoughts can really cause a snowball effect in our own life. That's all I've to share for now.
The flight to Taiwan is less than 40 hours away.

its been some time since i last updated. nights out with daniel, clyde, hui xian and yyann will be updated with photos after i get them from yyann and clyde.
XSY ended for me on sunday night last week. what i did this year was a rather different experience as compared to the past 2 years i've been in logistics. maybe i'm not too used to having so many people in logistics. it seems like there isnt much for me to do with so many people around. i had something to pray to God for after this XSY. to pray for a big heart like God, to accept the shortcomings of others. i will not elaborate on it. (:
been rushing FYP for the past week, left 1 month plus to FYP report submission. and our evaluation is not done yet. needless to say our prototype. sigh.
received news from my faci, saying earliest that i will leave singapore would be 7th sept for my IIP attachment at Outward Bound Taiwan. hopefully all goes well, leave early, come back early, then i'll have more time to finish my PP.
i wont be updating my blog in a while (i think), until i get the photos for night out from yyann or clyde. will be chionging my FYP for now and taking time out to meet people before i leave singapore. (:
guess i will only be heading down the beach after the schools end their holidays. RP's the only school not having holiday now if i'm not wrong. i need my time alone (or with a close friend).

oh yes. i forgot about it totally. hahaha.
and yet another person has the same reaction when i was sharing the story. HAHAHA.
totally misleading isn't it? the irony of it.
* ok i know this is random and a lot of people may not understand what i'm trying to say here. TOO BAD. hahaha. try asking me and see if i tell you. good luck to you then!
back to proper business *clears throat* (bursts out laughing)
i think something is wrong wth me these days. i'm gettig very hyper and very tired in a split second. my split personality is coming back? hmm.
its the holidays OFFICIALLY from today onwards till 2 weeks later. but hey! check out my schedule for the holidays once again!
1st to 5th june: OBS 1 week attachment
8th june: FYP (supposedly, but changes might be made)
9th june to 10th june: MIDNIGHT session with daniel, clyde, yyann and huixian
10th june to 15 june: ASC student camp'o9 aka XSY & xian xing hui for XSY.
now tell me, do i have a HOLIDAY at ALL? i think not.
i'm feeling dam stressed too. ever since the mail that Leng Er sent. even though those selected for overseas attachment are still subjected to changes based on academic, attitude and aptitude. it's no longer easy to score when SHL has NO moderation at ALL.
i seriously need time alone. or with company who understands me well. but not too many. i've been thinking of going here:

if you know where that is, you might see me there one of the days when i'm free. (pretty obcious uh?)

changed blog song. added the lyrics below the player itself. to non christians, i'm sorry to make you listen this song. but if you really cant stand it, please simply pause the song. to yyann and kp, PS, cause i know this song makes you guys emo. to other christians, please read through the meaningful lyrics. =)
i will never forget that it is this song, that made me sob like a baby in the arms of my dear brothers and sisters from church. i know that moment had shocked a lot of them, some are used to it now but there are still brothers and sisters who gets shocked. i guess i'll never be able to let go of what had happened? it aint easy. i've been trying, all these years, but i guess some scars are meant to stay forever. all i can ask for is God to stay with me, keep me strong when i remember the ordeal that has passed quite a number of years back.
i'll always remember this "no matter what you have done, whether you are from a single parent family, or that you are weak, the Lord has promised to be always be there for us. For He has already prepared a way for us even before we came to this world. No matter you bring him a present or not, He will still accept us for who we are, for we are His children. There is nothing that we can do, to make Him close the door to salvation on us. Nothing else we can do, to make Him love us more, for He loves us the most." this words came out from the mouth of a dear brother who watched me grow up. and it was also this few lines, that made me cry uncontrollably. he spoke as though God was talking to me through him.
thanks ming han ge. though it was the worse part of my life, you along with many others from the church helped me get back on my feet again. thanks alot to many many ppl.just read a fellow cell member's blog. i realised that i have many many things that i am unaware of about her life. i know she's struggling, and i pray to the Lord to stay by her and keep her strong. i'm sure you'll be fine. i'll be keeping you in my prayers dear sis. i look forward to our cell gathering on friday.

went out with CFC today. to get some christian reading materials and DG materials at bras basah shopping centre. bought the books at almost half price lah. got 40% discout. i got 4 books, including 1 DG book. 3 others of my own.
after buying the books we went to a hk cafe at bugis junction there to grab a drink and some bites. i must say, their drinks are
HUGE. so suitable for yyann. lols. i can only take slightly more than half the cup la. next time if got chance i want to go again. the food tastes quite nice. i want to try out other food they have. but must share drink with another person. if not too wasted. CFC talked to me about using sports to convey biblical messages. as she talked i was thinking that hey, thats what i learned in AE. though its a different linkage as in AE its using AE for NE. wells. i agreed with her that it was a great idea, since nowadays its easier to use activities to convey messages. this project will be headed by allen. i've agreed to help her in the organising and planning of these activities when they are going to start one.
i dont know what else to say. pray for the church starting something new like this okay?

i'm was so damn freaked out yesterday. my mum called me during second breakout while i was in jie ning's class. then when i go back class my classmates were telling me my phone rang. i saw 3 missed calls plus 1 msg all from my mum. immediately called her back. she's not going to work. ask me bring her go see doctor after i ended lesson.
i was so tempted to leave school immediately la. but i couldnt because i was afraid that it might screw up my team's presentation. thus i decided to leave after presenting. the very calculating faci told me that my grades would be affected if i leave class early. i almost wanted to scold her and tell her that my mum is freaking sick at home and do you expect me not to worry and stay through the class? as if i will be concentrate at all la.
who cares about a damn grade when your mum is so sick at home and havent eaten anything the whole day? hurried my team to finish the ppt so that we can present first them after that i can go off. cabbed home and gave my mum a sanwich which i bought during first break which i intended to eat during 2nd break but in the end hear my mum say she sick haven eat made me unable to eat anything after the call.
after she ate the sandwich, brought her to cwp to see doctor. the doctor said she work too much, too stress thats why she got blurred vision. giddiness, vomitting sensations and body ache. he wanted to give my mum injection but she dont want. so give tablets instead.
she's much better now, so do not worry for her. she thus got for mc for 2 days. then reena give her another day off. so friday then go back to work.
today initally supposed to meet up with yyann, jo, jason and alison to discuss about ice skating ig but in the end nvr meet. sleep till damn late, got awoken by chee soon's msg requesting a meeting for log members on sunday 12.30 in church. practically slacked the whole day away today.
siians, tmr is sociology again. i hate my facilitator.i dread tmr coming.Labels: camp, church, class, mum

its been almost a week since i last updated. nothing much has been going on in my life, pretty boring. oh. my mum got a new phone. 6500 slide, same same as yyann, but at $0. cause my contract ending + i upgrade my plan to iTwo value. 100 mins of outgoing talktime is just not enough for me la. every month exceed. i'm a busy girl. =S
june is coming. so fast and its almost one year since i last helped out for student camp. this time, logistics again, KEYMASTER again. damn. but wells, if thats where student camp needs help, i will be there.
chee soon will be the log head for student camp this year. and he assigned me to be keymaster i/c. i havent really talked to him much ever since last year when i worked with him for log hand in hand as we were both keymasters. really looking forward to this years camp. hopefully it will be a good time there and everything runs smoothly.
church is setting up a sports ministry. i will be looking in to that ministry as devotion to God. the rest of my cell members have already chosen a ministry to work in, i think i'm the last. anyways, cfc asked me if i was interested. well, i guess the experience will be not bad as its pretty much what i've been doing in school, but its just that its planning for more people when working with church and the ministry is new.
there's only like 3 people in sports ministry. namely myself, cfc and allen. -.-
sia la. you guys must be thinking 3 people how to manage a church full of ard 300 poeple. but by trusting in God, all is possible. :))
