i'm going to be overwhelmed by sadness SOON. >.<some sense hit into me these few days. life is SHORT.
i have known that for very long. somehow it never made an impact to me until these few days. only when so many peoples' grandparents died. first was sin hwee's grandad, followed by chee soon's grandpa, and i just passed by sean's blog and realised that his grandma just passed away as well. although they are not very close to me, but it hit me hard. 3 people dying almost one after another.
i watched a movie on cinemax last night. and i totally agrees with what the pastor in the movie said. he said this "every single day that we are alive is a miracle. faith and hope can do much more than you think."
everyone should hold on to what they believe in and fight for it. tell those you love that you love them. you never know when they will be gone. or maybe not them but us. and till they are gone then we start regretting never having told them how important they have been to us and how much we loved them. life is too short to not tell them these when they are still alive.
to sin hwee & sinyee, chee soon and sean. (if you guys ever read this)
firstly, my condolences to all of you. although i do not know you guys very well, but do not grieve too much, for your grandparents will not want you guys to be unhappy about them passing on. be happy that they were part of your lives, and that they will look after you even when they have moved on. believe that they have gone to a better place and be happy for them. be happy that all their sufferings in this world have ended because the world is a very political place which could have caused a lot of unhappiness to them. remember to always keep them in your heart, for they were once part of your lives, and brought happiness to you.
to all of my friends.
if you guys ever read this, i just want to tell you all that i really thank God for allowing me to meet you. whether we are hi-bye friends, classmates, or just acquaintances, you guys have made an impact in my life. whether you realise it a not. thank you for being a friend.
to sze min, (LEOW).
hey girl. i'm really glad to have met you. =))
although we dont chat a lot, but the times spent catching up with you are unforgettable. i want to take this post to tell you that thanks for being part of my life, and that i love you (i'm not les okay!) as a sister. ^.^
please also know that i will always be there for you if you ever need me. =))
to KP and yyann.
i have so much to say to you guys that i dont even know where to start. the two people that knows me best, and you guys would know that i aint exactly good with words. but nonetheless, i really thank our heavenly father for bringing the two of you into my life. in the matter when we drift apart from one another, you should know that i will always keep the two of you in my heart
ALWAYS.
time to seperate into 2 parts for you guys.
firstly to KP.
it touches me to see you growing closer to God day by day, and i want to let you know that many people in my church are too. i have shared with them on one of your blog post that i found really meaningful that serves as a reminder to us older christians that we would forget as time passes by. we saw the works of the Holy Spirit in you, working you, to become a good testimony of God.
i am glad that we are friends, that God brought us together when we were in sec 4. please continue to jot down your journey with God, it is really a pleasure to read the bits and pieces that God showed you as you believe in Him. I LOVE YOU BROTHER! =))
next to yyann.
my dearest sister, please have more faith in God, and let Him work out wonders for you. man by strength alone in nothing, but with God in us we can do anything. you are taking too much things into your own hands and not asking God for help when you need help.
i am reminded of cell BS that you didnt come for. it was on the third commandent: "thou shalt not take the Lord's name in vain."
even though we may declare ourselves as christians, but if we do not believe that God can make a difference in our lives, we are using God's name in vain. even when we pray to him for help, and yet we dont believe that after praying, God will help us in any way, that is already using His name in vain.
after all those that i have said, i want you to know that i want the best for you sister. i know that you cant change yourself for being soft, but please be guarded as well. thanks for being part of my life, and last but not least, i love you.
i am more than happy to know that i am alive. =)

my 100th post! and also my blog is 1 year old today!
i'm going to do some reflection over the past year. been reading my previous entries, remembered the times with W25D. i really really miss the times lah! the crazy times when we add everyone into msn chat and bomb each other until everyone laptop lag like crazy. i remember the times when i rushed off to every where and the whole class always laugh at me. thinking back, if i hadnt been so involved with SHL stuffs, i wouldnt have met a lot of people. i really learnt alot from being active in poly. its very different and the experiences i would say are very valuable.
one person i really want to thank alot is my mentor denniz. although we were never very close friends but it seems that there isnt anything i cant talk to him about. it feels nice to have a friend like that. the times that we chatted together may not be very long, but it always lifts my mood up when talking to him. about school, about church, about God.
i remember when i quarrelled with ricky when we broke off but he still irritated me, i remember when samuel kept pestering me and KP and yyann found it to be interesting and funny. wells. he doesnt pester me as much now.
through the many things that have zoomed past me in the past year, i have grown to become more organized and more able to make 'huge' decisions on my own. when i was tasked to come up with the menu for the SSC seminar especially. i am able to better control my temper i guess? tahan-ing some people i really cant stand without saying anything out front to them. i must admit that i cannot handle my emotions properly a lot of times. i still need time to slowly learn. it aint easy.
i have also gotten to become less picky about the food i eat. its good i guess? after OBS earlier this year, i realy appreciate food much more and eat them with less complains.
i realised that i actually learnt a lot in this past year! about people, relationships, being more organized, grown siritually. i feel that xsy is always a good time when i learn alot. i'm very keen to contribute to the church whenever i can. but i am unable to do it on a regular basis. =((
will be helping CFC and allen with sports ministry. intergrating biblical messages with sports. i guess it will be a challenge for me? =))
i finally met up with miss chee last month for her bday as well as the 4/4 peeps. although i had not changed physically, they could tell that i was much happier in poly! oh my oh my. they can read my actions. hanging out with them makes me feel that i am never hardworking enough and that i need to put in more effort.
i think i have more discipline now as compared to back in secondary school. i prioritse better which helps? i think so. i still have a lot of weakness to work on. life's still long, much needs to be done for me to be a better child of God.
oh and. i have my phone back. =))
i still have that feeling of wanting someone to be by my side all the time. i guess i miss being attached. i hope this feeling goes away.i miss W25D, i miss talking to denniz, i miss alot alot of people. i hope that R&R that i planned for cell is okay. `x3Labels: reflection
